The International Soil Reference together with Information Centre has released the offset inward a serial of global reason maps. The Centre plans to liberate world-wide reason maps at increasing levels of resolution. The offset of these maps, the SoilGrids 1km map, uses the Leaflet map library to furnish a global reason map at the relatively course of report resolution of 1 km.
SoilGrids 1km consists of a reveal of dissimilar reason layers created using 3D predictions for basic reason properties. These layers include overlays for organic carbon, pH, depth to bedrock together with predictions for reason types based on the FAO's World Reference Base groups together with USDA's Soil Taxonomy suborders.
Anyone tin download the information inward (GeoTiff format) straight from the map (limited to a maximum of v tiles) or yesteryear FTP (no limits).
